Job Description
  • Coordinate Repairs: Work with customers and technicians to schedule and complete repairs according to warranty guidelines and specifications.
  • Customer Communication: Provide timely updates on service status, scheduling, payments, and answer questions through various channels.
  • Scheduling and Routing: Coordinate hour block windows to ensure maximum throughput and efficient routing of mobile service technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical or automotive environments.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Understanding of parts process, warranty, and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
