Job Description
We are seeking a DIXA SERVICE EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST to join our customer success team. As a key member of our team, you will focus on building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.
About the Role
You will be responsible for creating tailored success plans to meet client objectives, driving long-term value, and fostering a culture of customer-centricity within Dixa. Your goal will be to maximize client retention and revenue growth through exceptional service.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client success strategies to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Build trust-based relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver solutions.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity within Dixa, driving excellence in every interaction.
