About the Role

The EEA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, financial, and communicative support to the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Providing administrative support to the team
  2. Assisting with project coordination and monitoring
  3. Handling administrative tasks with a high degree of autonomy
  4. Filing, scanning, archiving, and photocopying documents
  5. Assisting with other tasks of a similar nature and level of responsibility

Requirements

">
  • You have successfully completed an advanced level of secondary education, preferably in administration, communication, or finance.
  • You have experience from a relevant field, and good knowledge of environmental issues.
  • You have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with databases is an advantage.
  • You have good command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in other official EU languages would be an asset.

Working Conditions

  1. Start date: As soon as possible
  2. Duration: 20th of December 2024, with a possibility of extension
  3. Salary: kr. pr. hour / EURO pr. hour
  4. Location: Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen
  5. Working hours: 37 per week
  6. Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
