Nordic Supply Chain Director: Lead Innovation and Excellence

At L'Oréal Danmark A/S, we're seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Nordic Supply Chain Director for our Consumer Products Division in Copenhagen. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for defining the supply chain strategy for your business division and leading the activities aimed at improving customer experience while optimizing costs and enhancing stock quality.

Your mission is to drive growth and excellence by developing and implementing processes, best practices, and objectives that align with our European Zone Supply Chain teams. You'll represent Nordics in European Supply Chain Director forums, contributing to the big picture and collecting good practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the Nordic Supply Chain strategy for your business division, ensuring alignment with European Zone Supply Chain teams
  • Represent Nordics in European Supply Chain Director forums to contribute to the big picture and collect good practices
  • Animate the implementation of processes, best practices, and objectives to improve customer experience and optimize costs
  • Pilot and follow the progress of improvement plans, leading the implementation of organizational changes
  • Coordinate S&OP processes between the Business Unit and partners (factory, co-packing, etc.)
  • Coordinate Demand Planning activities to guarantee sales forecasts accuracy and participate in business planning
  • Coordinate Supply planning activities, optimizing flows and procurement parameters
  • Define the strategy with Shared Services (Physical Distribution, Master data, Subcontracting, Customer service, etc.) according to Division needs
  • Define, activate, and animate Customer collaboration initiatives for the entity, participating in projects impacting Supply Chain
  • Recruit, develop, and manage your team, transferring knowledge and expertise, and leading across the Operations Community

About You:

  • 7+ years of working experience within Operations/Supply chain
  • 4+ years of team management experience, ideally having managed more than one team
  • Proven record of exceptional performance and concrete contributions to previous roles
  • Strategic mindset with ability to define the right priorities and robust 360° stakeholder management skills
  • Clear and inspirational communication style combined with analytical mindset
  • Ability to lead teams in a Simplicity mindset, work proactively, and prioritize efficiently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiatives and drive actions
  • Previous working experience ideally composed of at least 2 different functional areas within operations with demand or supply planning being one of them
