As a Sales Excellence Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial growth strategy forward. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize our sales processes, develop value-based selling strategies, and equip our sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to excel.

You'll work closely with our sales leadership, marketing, and enablement teams to implement best practices, cutting-edge sales methodologies, and innovative technologies. This will enable our sales team to perform at its best, drive revenue growth, and foster meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial growth strategy to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  2. Sales Process Refining: Refine and optimize our sales processes to ensure they align with our strategic goals and objectives.
  3. Value-Based Selling: Implement value-based selling strategies to deepened customer relationships and drive long-term revenue growth.
  4. Sales Enablement: Design and implement sales enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness across our sales team.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
