About the Role

At LanguageWire, we're seeking an accomplished Sales Excellence Manager to spearhead our sales team's performance optimization. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence function, you'll drive business growth by equipping our salesforce with cutting-edge tools, training, and methodologies.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the charge in refining sales processes, delivering value-based selling training, and ensuring our sales team is empowered to deliver exceptional results while fostering meaningful customer engagements.

You'll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and enablement teams to implement best practices, innovative sales methodologies, and state-of-the-art tools, thereby fostering a high-performing, motivated sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Enablement Initiatives: Design and implement initiatives that enhance productivity and effectiveness across our sales team.
  2. Value-Based Selling Training: Train the sales team in value-based selling methodologies to deepen customer relationships and drive business growth.
  3. CRM Adoption and Utilization: Streamline the adoption and utilization of CRM systems and other sales tools to improve pipeline management and forecasting.
  4. Sales Process Optimization: Monitor and optimize sales processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
