Senior E-Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Key Account Manager to join our team in the Nordics. As an E-Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading e-commerce relationships with key clients in the region, driving significant digital growth and solidifying our position as the preferred partner online.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with O+O clients, managing a multi-country business plan focused on e-commerce growth.
- Develop and execute strategic e-commerce plans, KPIs, and goals, translating shopper insights into actionable digital business opportunities in the Nordic market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales) to define and implement winning go-to-market strategies and digital product launches.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring L'Oréal maintains its position as a preferred partner in the digital space.
- Identify and implement action plans based on new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Optimize plans, financial planning, and profitability for the account in the digital channel.
- Manage day-to-day contact with the client's buyers.
**Requirements**
- A strong negotiator and communicator, with proven self-starting abilities and a proactive approach to driving e-commerce growth.
- Analytical and strategic, possessing complex problem-solving skills and a fact-based decision-making style with a focus on digital data and insights.
- A skilled presenter, capable of engaging and involving your audience on e-commerce strategy.
- Extroverted and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments and building strong connections within complex organizations to achieve digital targets.
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language will be an advantage.
