**Drive Sales Growth in SHM**

Sigicom AB is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of our SHM team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities globally and creating pre-requisites for increased sales of our SHM product offering.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Expand the customer base in SHM globally by developing and maintaining customer interaction and contact.
  • Implement and manage SHM sales, including sales plans, budget, forecast, and sales targets.
  • Support in analyzing potential competitors' market research and build a SHM business case on market offering and customer needs.
  • Collect feedback to improve the SHM products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders at Sigicom to ensure tight teamwork.

**Requirements:**

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering or other technical field, or Business Management or an equivalent field of study.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales, managing sales activities, driving customer and market development in similar industries.
  • Technical skillset in offshore wind turbine industry and understanding the business needs with the ability to provide customers with our product offerings.
  • A desire for reaching sales targets and gaining new customers in new markets with new products.
  • Previous experience working in international settings, with an understanding of diverse cultures, ways of working, and environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to impact and influence potential new customers and markets.
  • Ability to travel for work.
