Job Title: Key Account Manager

Ekoenergetyka - Polska S.A. is a leading manufacturer of fast-charging infrastructure for electric cars and buses. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining business relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's success in the e-mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical advisory services to customers on charging stations for electric vehicles, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
  • Develop and prepare commercial offers and tenders to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare and present commercial materials to customers, showcasing the company's products and services.
  • Conduct trade negotiations with customers to secure deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor the market and identify opportunities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Report sales activity and customer needs to the management team, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in industry events to build relationships with customers and promote the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer needs.
  • Contribute to building a positive company image in the business environment.
Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer care, business development, or project management in a similar role.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Residence in Denmark is required, with availability for business trips.
  • Having a driving license is essential.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is a must-have.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales of technical products with a track record of achieving high growth, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong goal orientation and good work organization are essential.
  • Knowledge of the e-mobility sector is highly desirable.
  • Fluent Danish (C2) and English (C1) language skills are required.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under time pressure are essential.
