As a Sales Engineer at Trustpilot, you'll play a crucial role in our Enterprise segment. You'll work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to provide technical expertise and solutions architecture to our clients. Your goal will be to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with our Enterprise unit to understand client requirements and objectives
  • Liaise with clients to conduct technical discoveries and assess their needs
  • Design and architect comprehensive solutions that address customer needs and align with their technical infrastructure
  • Address technical questions, concerns, and objections raised by customers during meetings, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions
  • Plan and execute on validating our solutions fit and functionalities with the clients' technical infrastructure
  • Partner with the Enterprise unit to support executing on strategic deals
  • Translate proposed technical solutions into clear value propositions for customers
  • Leverage your technical expertise to support the Enterprise unit in identifying and pursuing new opportunities

**What You'll Need**

  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or a similar role
  • Strong technical background with a fair understanding of software development and web technologies
  • A command of HTML/CSS and skilled in JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages
  • Comfortable learning new technology/systems quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gaps between technical capabilities and customer requirements
  • Good business acumen
  • Adept at delivering best customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep passion and understanding for processes & systems and proactive in seeking opportunities to learn and improve existing ones
