About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team in EMEA. In this role, you will work with our most strategic customers to drive business growth through automation and AI.

Your Mission

As a key member of our team, you will engage with CxO and business leaders to understand their industry-specific challenges and how automation can accelerate their strategic objectives. You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue in top EMEA customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic partnership development strategies to drive business growth and revenue in top EMEA customers.
  2. Lead business discovery programs to understand customer pain points and elicit requirements.
  3. Build business cases aligned with customer strategic value drivers to drive mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.
  4. Design program plans with customers, partners, and internal UiPath functions to maximize consumption and benefit from the technology.
  5. Develop and deliver executive-level pitches that position automation and AI as key business transformation levers, tailored to your specialist industry.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a continuous pipeline of business opportunities.
  7. Drive pipeline generation through strategic engagement and relationship-building activities.
