As a Strategic Partnership Manager at FE fundinfo, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our Nordics clients.
  • Ensuring clients understand and maximize the benefits of their products and services, as well as developing actions for low adoption and unsatisfied customers.
  • Leading service reviews with clients on a regular basis.
  • Engaging with internal departments to stay updated on company services and to unblock clients' issues.
  • Assisting with product migrations and integrations for smooth transitions on clients' side.

Requirements

You will need the following experience and skills to join us:

  • Customer success experience as a strategic and supportive partner in financial services, partnering with small and large customers that are complex with multiple solutions, products, and services across Nordics.
  • A customer-centric approach, understanding the needs of the customer and having a customer-first approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, skilled at influencing and presenting to small and large audiences.
  • The ability to understand and interpret client/business data in a clear and commercial manner.
  • The ability to identify improvement areas and drive or contribute to change accordingly.
