The Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our Nordic sales team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the Nordics, working closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market.
Your primary focus will be on introducing SUPERB to hospitality businesses in your territory, overseeing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and achieving monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts. You will also partner with our product and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop effective strategies to position SUPERB in the market.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the charge introducing SUPERB to hospitality businesses in your territory
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospect, demo to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
- Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
- Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
What We Need:
- +1 year's experience in a closing sales role
- Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success, preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
- Danish on a fluent level and comfortable with English as that is our business language
- You live in/near Jutland and are able to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great with building relationships (our people is our brand)
