Hospitality Growth and Development Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager in the Nordic region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the region, working closely with our Product and Marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nordics
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working closely with our Product and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Leveraging Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills and qualities, including:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer needs and develop effective solutions
  • Fluency in Danish and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
