We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our Nordic team as Nordic Business Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and revenue in the region, with the ultimate goal of making SUPERB the leading platform for hospitality businesses in your market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base in the Nordics
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at hospitality businesses in your territory
- Understand the needs of potential customers and provide tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market
- Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
Requirements:
- +1 year experience in a closing sales role
- Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the industry
- Danish fluency and comfort with English as our business language
- High energy and great relationship-building skills
- A collaborative team player mentality
