As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring Europe's most successful retail and hospitality companies can continue thriving by fully leveraging SameSystem as a core part of their operations.
- Build strong relationships with Europe's leading retail and hospitality companies, acting as a trusted advisor for their operational success.
- Address customers' immediate needs while understanding their long-term business challenges, identifying solutions that leverage SameSystem's tools.
- Use your project management skills to coordinate across teams, manage priorities, and deliver on customer timelines.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Customer Success, account management, or a similar role with enterprise customers in retail or hospitality. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and align diverse stakeholders.
