We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Nordic Supply Chain team in Ørestad, Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing improvements to optimize the supply chain flow to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in people development, customer liaison, and process optimization. You will work closely with our customers and suppliers to drive efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. People Development: Focus on consistently improving the capabilities of the 9 associates in the customer service team.
  2. Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers and suppliers to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize efficiency.
  3. Process Optimization: Local BPO of the Order To Cash (OTC) process, analyzing data to monitor performance and drive improvements.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide input to Supply Chain Monthly Reviews and Management Team meetings, deploying customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the organization.
  5. Annual Planning: Work with the Nordic Supply Chain Management team to build and implement annual plans for the department in line with local business plans and overall Nordic Supply Chain objectives.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or customer service, preferably within FMCG.
  2. People management experience and strong communication skills.
  3. Knowledge of and experience with Order-to-Cash processes.
  4. High level of ERP skills and experience working with ERP systems in a customer service environment (preferably SAP).
  5. Understanding of EDI systems.
  6. Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  7. Fluent in English and in one Scandinavian language.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
