Job Description
As a Business Development Accountant, you will play a crucial role in translating customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include finding out customer questions, identifying requirements and needs, and communicating these effectively to the internal organization. You will also prepare and maintain accurate documentation, recognize bottlenecks as opportunities for improvement, and provide training to colleagues about our software. Additionally, you will inspire sales colleagues to sell products correctly to customers, stay informed about market and professional developments, and apply this knowledge to your work. Your daily activities will involve both internal and external tasks, making no two days the same.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues about Caseware software
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks to improve products and portfolios
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation
- Providing training to colleagues
- Inspiring sales colleagues to sell products correctly
- Staying informed about market and professional developments
Requirements
- BA level of education
- Several years of experience as a Sales Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of accountancy processes and commerce
- Familiarity with Caseware products an advantage
- Affinity with accountancy and ICT
- Eager to learn, show initiative, and seize opportunities
- Independent but approachable
- Great problem-solving skills
- Fluent command of Danish and English language
- Available for at least 32 hours per week
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
