About the Role

We are looking for a skilled sales professional with experience in automation and robotics who can develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in Taiwan and beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, managing existing distributor networks, and establishing new partnerships to expand our market presence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth in Taiwan and international markets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with business qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in automation and robotics
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving business growth through sales and partnership development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies
  • Fluent English language skills, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency desirable

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package, commensurate with experience.
