Du er især den rigtige til jobbet, hvis du er god til at følge op og måle på performance og hurtigt ser, hvor vores udviklingspotentiale er, og således er du dygtig til at forbedre vores planlægning og performance fremadrettet. Den analytiske del af dit arbejde driver dig, og du træffer forretningsbeslutninger på et solidt funderet grundlag, hvor du i høj grad agerer ud fra den data, du har tilgængelig. Ligeledes har du indsigt i vores PMA, og du ved, hvad kunder forventer i dag og i morgen, og således er du med til at sikre, at de services vi udbyder møder kundens behov. I bund og grund, har du en bred viden om, hvordan kunder agerer, føler og opfører sig i løbet af deres indkøbsoplevelse, og den viden bruger du løbende til at komme op med nye, spændende løsninger til vores kunder og deres oplevelse i IKEA.

Hvad du skal lave dag for dag
Din vigtigste opgave er at sørge for, at dine medarbejdere trives og bliver udviklet i jobbet, samt at de er klædt på til at kunne give vores kunder en indkøbsoplevelse i absolut topkvalitet. Sammen med dine kolleger i ledergruppen for Customer Relations vil du være med til at udbygge og udvikle jeres forretningsområde, så det lever op til IKEA Aarhus målsætninger og succes kriterier.
Du vil også være ansvarlig for monitorering af performance og faktiske mål, og du skal kunne sætte vind i sejlene, hvis vi kommer bagud på vores performance. Din vigtigste opgave er dit teams trivsel og generelle velbefindende. Du er ansvarlig for at afholde månedlige 1:1 samtaler, MUS-samtaler, se udviklingspotentiale og lave udviklingsplaner, og tage de svære samtaler, når de skal afholdes.
Du kan rumme mangfoldighed og møder dine medarbejdere, hvor de er. Du er oprigtigt interesseret i at skabe og opretholde en god relation til husets øvrige afdelinger, som du formår at arbejde tæt sammen med.

Sørge for at vores co-workers trives og har lyst til at udvikle sig i IKEA.
Støtte co-workers i deres daglige arbejde.
Italesætte vigtigheden af returafdelingen ude i varehuset.
Returafdelingen fungerer effektivt til gavn for vores kunder og budgetter.
Kundernes potentielle problemer i købsoplevelsen bliver håndteret nøjagtigt og venligt.
Vores team i IKEA
Som teamleder i Returafdelingen bliver du en del af et lederteam på Customer Relations. Sammen har I ansvaret for, at medarbejderne i Customer Relations altid er motiverede til at levere gode resultater gennem en uovertruffen service til vores mange kunder. I lederteamet er jeres tre vigtigste fokusområder: medarbejderne, kunderne og forretningen. Sammen med jeres medarbejdere sørger I for at sikre, at I sammen når de fastlagte forretningsmål og giver kunderne den bedste service.

Stillingen er på 37+ timer om ugen på funktionærkontrakt, hvor mer- og overarbejde er inkluderet i lønnen.
Arbejdstiden er placeret mellem kl. 8.00-20.00 mandag søndag. Weekendarbejde hver 3. weekend.
Du indgår i et vagtrul med både bemandings- og ansvarstimer, herudover planlægger du din egen arbejdstid ifh.t. forretningens behov.
Løn efter kvalifikationer og inden for IKEAs lønpolitik.
