I dag omfatter vores partnerskaber salg via POWER A/S, Labtech Data og FirstEdge (Field Sales) som tilsammen befinder sig på mere end 50 lokationer i Jylland, på Fyn og Sjælland. I forbindelse med Norlys opkøb af Telia er vores partnerkanal også ansvarlig for support til og onboarding af Norlys ca. 25 salgs- og kundeserviceteams i salg af Telia produkter.
I rollen som Partner Manager vil dine opgaver indebære:
Indfrielse af performanceforventninger på salg og kvalitet i partnerskaber.
Daglige besøg hos partnere hvor du opbygger relationer, giver performancefeedback og afstemmer forventninger.
Oplæring af medarbejdere i eksisterende og nye partnerskaber i systemer, salg, adfærd og retningslinjer. Samt løbende træning af eksisterende medarbejdere for optimering.
Du er primær kontaktperson og du vil derfor dagligt besvare opkald fra medarbejdere og salgschefer i forbindelse med support i salg, kundehåndtering, kredittjek og fejlmeldinger.
Hvordan er en arbejdsdag?
Du får stillet en firmabil til rådighed som bliver dit kørende kontor og du skal forvente at bruge en del timer på landevejen imellem dine besøg på partnerlokationerne. Du kører alene og planlægger selv din dag i forhold til hvilke lokationer der er relevant at besøge. På en typisk dag besøger du 3 lokationer hvor du giver salgsledere feedback på performance, taler med medarbejdere på gulvet og understøtter og identificere potentialer som kan indfries gennem undervisning og træning som du gennemfører efter behov. I løbet af din dag vil du modtage diverse opkald fra de lokationer som du bliver tilknyttet og ugentlig vil der være onlinemøder med din leder og resten af partnerteamet som i dag består af to Partner Managers. De lokationer du bliver tilknyttet, har åbningstider fra alt mellem 8-20 mandag til søndag, men forventningen er dog at du arbejder mandag til fredag og selv planlægger arbejdstiden i tidsrummet 8-18.

Som profil er du en engageret og selvstændig person med erfaring inden for salgsledelse eller partnerstyring. Du trives med at opbygge og vedligeholde relationer på alle niveauer og har evnen til at motivere teams til at nå salgsmål og levere fremragende kundeoplevelser. Din tilgang er struktureret og analytisk, og du er dygtig til at evaluere performance og identificere områder til forbedring. Du er vant til at arbejde i et dynamisk miljø, hvor du kan planlægge din tid effektivt og prioritere opgaver efter behov, alt imens du leverer støtte til vores partnere for at sikre, at de når deres fulde potentiale hos Telia.
