About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Account Manager to join our team at Acronis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the establishment, management, and growth of our presence within existing and new service provider partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage relationships with key service providers to increase revenue, customer base, and market share.
  • Grow incremental Annual Recurring Revenue/sales through effective sales initiatives and training.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption of Acronis Cyber Protection services among service providers' existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account management and communication.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of total sales/account management experience, specifically with strategic large accounts experience.
  • 3+ years of experience and demonstrated sales success in recruiting and managing service provider partners, with a focus on backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies.
  • Solid strategic business development, planning, and acumen, along with strong tactical implementation sales skills.
  • Technical aptitude to deliver sales and product training, with a strong understanding of product positioning and client technical needs.
