We are one of the world’s largest companies, owning globally iconic brands such as Gillette, Always, Oral-B and Head & Shoulders. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Copenhagen Office as a Key Account Manager working in an international environment on some of the world’s best love brands
THE ROLE:By joining our Sales team as a Key Account Manager, you will manage a set of categories with one of the big retailers in Denmark. Our goal as Account Managers is to develop our joint business with retailers, creating category and brand plans that delight shoppers in-store and online, through building collaborative working relationships and deep business understanding. In this role you can expect to:
- Manage your own business from day 1: create, analyze and implement joint business plans with key customers to identify new opportunities for mutual growth for us and your accounts within respective categories.
- Influence your customer to optimize the way we categories and brands are represented in physical and online stores. Including: how to build shelves that make shopping easy and inspiring, how to drive regimen purchase, and how to drive news and premium.
- Plan promotions and other activities to drive profitable sales growth for your accounts and for us.
- Invest trade funds strategically to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Build and leverage extensive knowledge of market, retailer, shopper and consumer behaviour to design and deliver breakthrough category plans.
- Launch new products and commercial innovation in your accounts in partnership with our Brand Teams.
Requirements
- Have held previous positions or have work experience as a Key Account Manager or in a sales related field.
- Are a graduate from any discipline with a minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and analytical capability.
- Have excellent communication and social skills and are fluent in oral and written skills in both Danish and English.
- Have a valid driver’s license for Denmark.
