As a member of the Supply Chain Resilience & Performance team, you will develop and implement Executive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process within Sales, inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP). You will be orchestrating end-to-end SIOP process by ensuring good engagement and collaboration within the Demand, Supply and Inventory management team. You might need to run multiple scenario planning to achieve high availability by maintaining optimal inventory levels. You will have a high degree of stakeholder interaction and diverse nature of activities requiring you to communicate effectively across and outside of the organization. 

As a Supply Chain Specialist with Vestas, you will work with a holistic approach and with an overview of the end-to-end process. Here you will be part of the development, framing and execution in Vestas. We offer a critical role for management and a position with a high visibility within the organization as you will be heavily involved with upper management, the global functions and customers.

Responsibilities 
In this role, you will be in the "front line" and be the central point between SIOP functions into the Executive S&OP process, you should therefore be ready for the following:

Your responsibility in this role includes advancing the performance of the entire Supply Chain in alignment with business goals while acting as the central coordinator connecting SIOP functions with various regions Own and deliver full monthly S&OP planning process: including demand vs Supply balancing, scenario planning considering Vestas' Service P&L (Revenue loss & Cost per MW), working capital and cash flow (Inventory) Assemble relevant information, highlighting critical situations, to promote cooperative efforts among stakeholders and support the process by compiling interdisciplinary data and analysis for informed monthly Executive Sales and Operations Planning results

Qualifications

We expect candidates to have a relevant master's degree within business administration, supply chain management, commercial operations engineer or equivalent 5+ years' experience within supply chain management and S&OP or commercial experience in global B2B companies Experience from running, facilitating, and working with S&OP team with a customer focus Pragmatic approach with the ability to take a holistic view on scenarios and communicating complex scenario information in a simple and transparent way
