Om stillingen Som Customer Sales Consultant i vores flytteafdeling har du ansvaret for at håndtere eksisterende kunder, som skal flytte til en ny bolig, og sælge et nyt alarmsystem til denne bolig. I den forbindelse er din rolle at sikre en optimal flytteproces for kunden, og her foretage en grundig behovsafdækning af hvordan vi med vores innovative alarmsystem kan sikre kunden på bedst mulig vis i den nye bolig. Det er vigtigt, at den gode kundeoplevelse sikres, hvorfor vi forventer et højt serviceniveau med løbende opfølgninger. Du vil ligeledes have ansvaret for at sikre, at det eksisterende alarmsystem bliver overtaget af boligens nye ejer. Du skal i rollen således både håndtere indgående og udgående telefonopkald, og det er derfor væsentligt, at du kan fortælle kunderne om værdien af vores løsninger ved brug af dine gode kommunikative færdigheder.

Din dagligdag vil være på vores Hovedkontor i Glostrup, hvor din arbejdstid er mandag – torsdag fra kl. 08:00 til kl. 16:00 og fredag fra kl. 08:00 til kl. 15:30. På vores Hovedkontor er der fitnessrum til fri afbenyttelse samt en god kantineordning såvel som jævnlige sociale arrangementer for hele virksomheden.

- Du har tidligere erfaring med telefonsalg eller kundeservice
- Du har et sælger mindset, og forstår grundelementerne af behovsafdækning
- Du er imødekommende og tillidsfuld, og er drevet af at skabe relationer til mange forskellige mennesker
- Du trives i en uformel og performanceorienteret hverdag, og bidrager til en positiv hold-ånd
- Du er målrettet og evner at strukturere din kalender, og du er vant til at arbejde med KPI'er
- Du brænder for at udvikle dig og for at blive den bedste
- Du skal opfylde kravene til godkendelse fra politiet i henhold til lov om vagtvirksomhed og kunne fremvise en ren straffeattest.
