The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management Division in Denmark.

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, pricing, and billing inquiries, as well as handling service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders from customers via email and phone.
  • Execute invoicing in a timely and precise manner, including electronic invoicing.
  • Handle customer complaints and perform investigations, informing customers and issuing required credit/debit notes as needed.
  • Maintain daily contact with company-approved couriers for regular pick-up and delivery schedules, investigation of claims, and follow-up on emergencies.
  • Manage backorders, working closely with the Sales Team to offer alternative solutions to customers in case of stockouts.
  • Maintain customer master data, prices, and material master data.
  • Produce relevant paperwork, such as packing lists, proforma invoices, and credit notes.
  • Closely cooperate with internal departments, including Quality and Sales Teams, on FSCA implementation, new product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Support the Sales Team during consignment and warehouse counts, generating weekly reports on soon-to-expire products.
  • Be responsible for all activities in the local warehouse, including emergency stock handling, packing, and dispatch of products.

Requirements:

  • Upper secondary diploma or high school degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on order entry, claims, and return management.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Expertise in SAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong team player with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Good organizational skills and effective communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
