About the Role

As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to our Commercial Director and Management Team. Your expertise will help shape our commercial plans, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance reports and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement commercial plans
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Higher education in business, economics, finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a consulting industry
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
