Your future at GetAccept

As an Account Manager, you will own the overall relationship with your customer portfolio and ensure that your customers are happy and growing towards maximizing their GetAccept investment. You will primarily focus on Danish clients while also managing accounts in other countries as part of your portfolio. You will have full commercial ownership of your customer portfolio.

As an Account Manager, your days will consist of:

  • Ongoing account management to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
  • Work towards an Up- and Cross-Sell budget with a strong focus on finding new opportunities within your customer portfolio.
  • Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all features and introduce them to new product releases in a sales-oriented way.
  • Develop strategic relationships with customer accounts and collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team in terms of retention, onboarding, and engagement to ensure that your customer portfolio thrives.
  • Manage renewals and proactive anti-churn work.

You will be a member of our specialized European Account Management team, collaborating closely with other Account Managers who focus on various markets in Europe. Your direct supervisor will be Erik Persson, our Head of Sales - Account Management.

Is it you we are looking for?

  • +3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in more complex sales cycles within tech or software.
  • You have a deep understanding of and take great interest in customers' ecosystems such as CRM, document platforms, signing processes, etc.
  • You are as passionate about sales as you are about customer care You sincerely believe that consultative sales are an excellent service.
  • Motivated self-starter with a flair for sales
  • You are fluent in Danish and English, writing and speaking.
  • Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDDICC.
