Your mission as Business Development Representative (BDR) Nordics

Build an outbound machine to increase sales opportunities in Nordics.

Your scope as BDR Nordics:

Within the revenue team, you will be in charge of prospecting and qualifying leads before the sales process. In between Sales and Marketing, the BDR team is directly attached to the Sales Manager Nordics.

Your main tasks are:
  • Generate sales opportunities thanks to dedicated prospection campaigns: cold calling, events, mailing, etc.
  • Qualify sales contacts generated by the Marketing team in order to assess their business relevance.
  • Spread the word about KOL Marketing on the European market.
  • Develop trust relationships with our sales targets.
  • Drive your activity and implement performance KPIs.
  • Reach and exceed the monthly targets of generated opportunities.
  • Be a team player and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

  • You already have a first experience as a BDR or in a sales position.
  • You have 1 to 2 years of work experience.
  • You love digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer marketing.
  • You are fluent in English.

Candidates must be based in Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, or Norway) to be closer to our market and customers.
