Job description
As a BDR at PriceShape, you will become part of our Outreach Team and your primary task will be to build relationships and book meetings with international companies through proactive sales activities and build the bridge to our sales team. For this position we are looking for a native Norwegian-speaking candidate to engage with both Norwegian and international leads. In addition to Norwegian you must therefore be able to communicate professionally in English.

Last but not least, you will help influence the development of the future sales process and report directly to our Head of Outreach.

Your key responsibilities consist of the following

  • Contacting international leads, primarily through outbound phone activities
  • Engaging with high-quality prospects and determine if there is a potential match by understanding their needs
  • Booking the initial sales meeting for our sales team
  • Participating in relevant sales meetings
  • Building relationships with potential customers through outbound activities, primarily calls
  • Developing your skills and influencing the development of the sales process

We expect you to bring the following

  • You are independent and strong willed but love to work in a team
  • You are positive and don't let small obstacles get in your way
  • You have previous experience with Sales, ideally from phone-based selling
  • You take responsibility in general and for your own Pipeline and ensure that all deadlines are being met
  • You have an ability to easily enter into dialogue with other people
  • You want to develop and improve your dialogue through collaboration and coaching. You want to be the best at your job
  • Are able to communicate fluently in Norwegian and English - both written and verbally
  • You must enjoy selling based on outbound activities, and strive to be the best in the team, exceed your goals and positively contribute to the team's overall goals
