Om stillingen:

Som Sales Development Representative vil du spille en afgørende rolle i vores salgsproces ved at identificere og kvalificere potentielle kundeemner. Du vil være ansvarlig for proaktivt at kontakte potentielle kunder via telefon, e-mail og sociale medier, samt booke møder for vores salgsteam med beslutningstagere i potentielle kundeorganisationer. Derudover vil du samarbejde tæt med vores salgs- og marketingteam og have ansvaret for vores CRM-system.

Dine kvalifikationer:

Du skal have en grundlæggende forståelse af teknologi og software samt fremragende kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner. Det er vigtigt, at du har en kundefokuseret tilgang og evnen til at forstå kundens behov. Du skal være resultatorienteret og have gode analytiske færdigheder til at udføre dataanalyse. Det er vigtigt, at du ikke er bange for at kontakte kunder via telefon, og at du er tillidsvækkende i dine samtaler med kunder. Derudover er det også vigtigt, at du kan arbejde godt i et team og er villig til at tilpasse dig forandringer.

Ekstra kvalifikationer vi værdsætter:

Det er en fordel, hvis du har godt kendskab til CRM-systemer, især Salesforce, samt erfaring inden for branchen, relevant uddannelse eller certificeringer. Tidligere salgserfaring som sælger eller mødebooker, evne til leadgenerering og stærke forskningsfærdigheder vil også blive taget i betragtning.
