La oss være ærlige: Det finnes omtrent 1000 stillingsannonser innen salg akkurat nå. Alle lover spennende utfordringer og gode utviklingsmuligheter. Det lover vi også. Men la oss heller fortelle deg akkurat hvorfor du skal velge CyberPilot.
Som Sales Development Representative blir du vår første kontakt med potensielle kunder på det norske markedet – de vet ennå ikke at de trenger oss (men det gjør de). Du får ansvaret for å identifisere, kontakte og kvalifisere potensielle kunder, som deretter overføres til vår Head of Sales – Norway. Dette er en nøkkelrolle i vår vekstreise og kan være ditt første skritt på veien mot å bli Business Development Manager.
Til daglig vil du drive research, ringe ut, sende e-poster og bruke sosiale medier for å skape den første kontakten. Du lærer å forstå kundenes behov og matche dem med våre løsninger. Gjennom ukentlig salgstrening og løpende sparring med din leder sørger vi for at du stadig utvikler deg i rollen.
Vi selger IT-sikkerhet til små og mellomstore bedrifter. Over 800 av dem faktisk.
Ja, det høres kanskje ikke like sexy ut som å selge kryptovaluta eller AI-drevne hundebånd, men hey – vi har det faktisk ganske gøy med det. Noen må jo beskytte bedriftene mot hackere, når altfor mange fortsatt bruker "password123" som passord.
Vår misjon er å gjøre IT-sikkerhet tilgjengelig for alle og til noe folk ikke sovner av – og det lykkes vi faktisk ganske bra med
Vi er et salgsteam på 8 som er ganske besatt av å bli bedre. Hver uke møtes vi og deler tips, triks, suksesser og fiaskoer. Vi vinner sammen. Ingen hemmelige salgstriks, ingen albuer i siden – vi vokser sammen og låner/stjeler helt skamløst hverandres beste teknikker.
Og når vi sier at du kommer til å jobbe med dyktige og spennende mennesker, så mener vi det faktisk:
Ditt nye team er en fargerik gjeng: Vi har en tidligere dansk mester på 5000-meter-løp, en tidligere bilforhandler som kan selge selv en Berlingo, en tidligere Beverly Hills-beboer som har vært nabo med Brad Pitt, en erfaren møtebooking-ekspert og en tidligere profesjonell pokerspiller. Kort sagt: Det er mange ulike perspektiver å lære av.
Og ja, vi er ganske kresne på hvem vi slipper inn i klubben. Du må selvfølgelig være dyktig – det sier seg selv. Men du må også være en lagspiller som ønsker å dele dine triks med andre og hjelpe en kollega. Det er nemlig grunnen til at vi er noen rockestjerner på teamet vårt.
I tillegg til salgsteamet på 8, blir du en del av en bedrift med rundt 40 ansatte, og vi jobber tett sammen på tvers av avdelingene.
Hos CyberPilot jobber vi fokusert og går hjem til tiden. Vi vil alle sammen vinne når vi er på jobb, men ingen blir bedre av å sitte på kontoret med mørke ringer under øynene. Vi har jevnlig sosiale arrangementer, fredagsbarer og halvårlige fester. Ikke fordi vi må, men fordi vi faktisk liker å tilbringe tid sammen.
Men viktigst av alt: Du får kolleger som faktisk ønsker å hjelpe. En sjef som bryr seg om din utvikling. Og en kultur der det er helt greit å si: "Det forstår jeg ikke."
- Du tror på at ærlighet selger bedre enn bullshit.
- Du kan småprate med både IT-folk og "vanlige dødelige" – og overbevise skeptiske IT-folk om å snakke med oss.
