Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at DIS - CREADIS Engineering Solutions & Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the growth strategy in Denmark and across the broader European region.

You will develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on selling high-value engineering services, particularly within the new development of green fuel factories across Denmark and broader European markets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively engaging with potential clients and managing inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures alongside Business Leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive business growth by prospecting, identifying, and leveraging new market opportunities.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensuring technical capabilities align with market trends and customer needs.
  • Represent CREADIS at industry events, promoting the company's expertise and expanding its network.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor service offerings to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial leaders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
  • 8+ years of international experience in engineering solutions (EPCM) sales, preferably within renewable and green fuels factories and technology development.
  • Solid experience in business development strategy implementation.
  • Ability to persistently pursue new business development opportunities in a competitive marketplace.
  • Proven experience of successfully working with long sales cycles.
  • A self-starter who works well independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools.
