I Danmark tæller Talentech 30 medarbejdere og bor i centrum af København. Talentech har vokseværk og derfor søger vi en dygtig Business Development Manager (BDM) til teamet.

Jobbet:

Som Business Development Manager skal du arbejde målrettet med salg af HR platformen. Du skal være med til at udvide kundeporteføljen Danmark og du kan løbende nye moduler til dine kunder. Kunderne er typisk mellemstore til store virksomheder i den private og offentlige sektor.

Jobbet indebærer kvalificering af kunder, mødebookning og kundebesøg med en løsningsorienteret salgsproces, der kan variere fra 3 – 6 måneder. Ofte drives møderne via Teams. Salgsprocessen vil typisk indebære flere møder og flere beslutningstagere og influenter. Hertil vil du samarbejde tæt med kolleger i salgs- og implementeringsprocessen.

Du skal analysere kundens HR processer, problemer/udfordringer/muligheder og rådgive om hvordan Talentechs platform vil effektivisere kundens HR funktion og styrke virksomhedens samlede produktivitet. Der skal laves kundeanalyser, softwaredemonstrationer, udarbejdes business cases, forhandles mv.

Hvem er du?

Vi er på udkig efter en kandidat, der har nogle års salgserfaring indenfor opsøgende BTB salg. Det kan være fra SaaS-, HR-, medie-, telecom eller anden branche, hvor du har arbejdet med opsøgende salg; herunder bookning af egne møder og afholdelse af kundemøder fysisk eller online.

Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med at tale med beslutningstagere på direktør- og mellemlederniveau, især indenfor HR og økonomi.

Du har forretningsforståelse og ved, at det handler om at optimere kundens forretning og kan tale med kunden om mål, fremtid, HR processer, problemer og muligheder. Du kan formidle kundespecifikke HR-løsningers værdi for kunden.

Du har en vis metodetilgang. Du kan arbejde selvstændigt, kan drive og strukturere indsatser og aktiviteter. Du er stærk i skriftlig og verbal kommunikation.
