About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary mission is to identify and contact potential customers, create interest in Conference Manager, and book meetings for our Sales Manager in Denmark. Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Manager, this role offers valuable experience in complex SaaS sales, work with a proven product, established ICPs, and opportunities to develop into a Sales Specialist role.

In summary, you will:
  1. Contact and engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  2. Navigate gatekeepers and identify decision makers.
  3. Schedule and book high-quality meetings for the Sales Manager in Denmark.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to position Conference Manager for success.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have 1-2 years of SDR experience or similar.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
  • Demonstrate a natural relationship-building personality.
  • Show strong resilience and motivation to turn a 'no' into a 'yes'.
  • Able to learn quickly and interested in growing in the sales field.
  • Cultivate a can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Exhibit a team player mentality and genuine enthusiasm for a dynamic environment with various social events throughout the year.
