ABOUT THE JOB

Agillic A/S er en førende udbyder i Norden inden for 'customer engagement platforms', og har opbygget en stærk position i Norden inden for industrier som detail, banker og finans, NGO'er og organisationer, energi samt media og underholdning. Platformen sælges som en SaaS-løsning baseret på mangeårige kontrakter, og implementeres via danske og internationale implementeringspartnere.

Vi søger to kommercielt stærke Nordic Client Managers til at vækste vores eksisterende kunder. Det indebærer en rolle som kundens betroede rådgiver og forretningspartner, og et tæt samarbejde med Agillics implementeringspartnere, så kunden oplever en fælles indsats og interesse for at sikre deres maksimale forretningsmæssige udbytte af platformen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Øge salg til eksisterende kunder

  • Du får ansvaret for egen kundeportefølje på tværs af de nordiske markeder og skal arbejde struktureret med kundepleje og udvikling med henblik på mersalg, kontraktfornyelser og minimering af churn.

  • Du skal løbende identificere det kommercielle udviklingspotentiale for de enkelte kunder gennem regelmæssige kundemøder, opfølgning, og ved at analysere kundens forretningsmæssige behov i forhold til deres udnyttelse af Agillic platformens funktionalitet og anvendelsesmuligheder.

  • Du skal udbygge en fortrolig relation til de enkelte kunder ved at demonstrere en forretningsmæssig forståelse for deres marketingmæssige udfordringer omkring personaliseret og kontinuerlig kommunikation, og hvilken rolle en platform som Agillic kan og bør spille.

Sikre samarbejde med partnere

  • Gennem kontinuerlig dialog med din kundeporteføljes partnere skal du strukturere implementerings- og vedligeholdelsesstrategier, øge gensidig værdiskabelse, og sikre, at såvel kunder som partnere har en fælles forståelse og ambition for samarbejdet.

  • Du skal løbende deltage i faglige såvel som sociale partner- og kundearrangementer, og medvirke til både idégenerering og den praktiske afholdelse heraf.

Koordinere og sikre kundeleverancer internt

  • Du skal drive den interne koordinering af projekter, sikre fastlagte tidsfrister og at vores kvalitetsstandarder overholdes, samt proaktivt løse eventuelle udfordringer med fokus på kundernes behov.

  • Du skal kunne samarbejde med vores interne teams, f.eks. Produkt og Support, og sikre klar forventningsafstemning mellem kunden og vores leverancer mht. såvel tid som funktionalitet.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
  • Dokumenteret erfaring med pleje af/salg til en portefølje af eksisterende kunder

  • Erfaring med SaaS løsninger, servicekontrakter eller komplekse IT-ydelser

  • Selvkørende med stærke evner inden for struktur og planlægning

  • God til at samarbejde og skabe relationer

  • Stærk kommerciel og forretningsorienteret tankegang med fokus på kunderne

  • Analytisk tænkning

  • Vant til at kommunikere på engelsk i skrift og tale

  • Kendskab til digitale kommunikationsbureauer og/eller Agillic vil være et plus
