We are looking for a talented Institutional Relationship Manager to drive growth and revenue within our Nordic partner portfolio. As a key representative of Saxo Group, you will leverage your expertise in the financial markets and FinTech industry to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at financial institutions.
You will be responsible for managing and growing your individual portfolio, identifying business growth opportunities, collaborating with our clients' teams to maximize profit through up-selling and cross-selling, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to relationship management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the financial markets and FinTech industry, preferably from an investment, business development or tech background. You should also possess consulting or solution sales skills, knowledge of how to apply IT solutions to business challenges, and previous exposure to B2B and B2C client segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow your individual portfolio and exceed the individual annual sales target.
- Be the lead point of contact for all key clients matters.
- Build and expand your knowledge of our clients, including their business model and trading practices.
- Monitor and analyze relationship results and client activities to determine client profitability.
- Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and necessary focus in the early phase of the relationship.
