Inside Sales Account Manager

Air Liquide søger en Account Manager - Inside Sales til vores team i Horsens.

Som Account Manager - Inside Sales hos Air Liquide er du ansigtet udadtil for vores virksomhed. Din hverdag vil blandt andet bestå af at skabe indledende kontakt til nye små- og mellemstore kunder via telefon- og videomøder i dit regionale ansvarsområde. Du vil også skulle have ansvar for en eksisterende kundeportefølje i den region, der bliver tildelt dig, og her vil du være en af de drivende kræfter for at udvikle distriktet. Her vil din arbejdsopgave bestå i at pleje de eksisterende kunder, svare på spørgsmål og hjælpe dem med at finde den løsning, der er bedst for deres virksomhed. Du vil være placeret på vores kontor i Horsens og indgå i et team med Sverige, Norge, Finland og Danmark.

For at trives i rollen som Account Manager - Inside Sales tror vi på, at det falder dig naturligt at præsentere, vejlede og sælge produkter via telefonen og/eller videomøder. Du skal også være tryg ved at tage imod forespørgsler, klager mm. over telefonen og gøre det til en god kundeoplevelse. Du er selvmotiverende og arbejder proaktivt, da du bliver drevet af salgsmål og brænder for det fremtidige salg. Du er serviceminded som person, og det er vigtigt for dig at passe på og sikre et godt samarbejde mellem vores eksisterende kunder og Air Liquide.

Dine hovedopgaver består af:

  1. Daglig kontakt med potentielle kunder, hvor du sætter dit personlige præg. Under disse første kundekontakter er det vigtigt, at du har evnen til at fange kundens interesse ved at holde en samtale i gang med spørgsmål og med fokus på at lukke salget.
  2. Arbejdet tæt sammen med vores eksterne sælger for at lære markedet at kende. At finde nye potentielle kunder, hvor der også vil være et par dage ude i marken om året, hvis det er relevant for kunden, teamet og dig.
  3. Daglig kontakt med eksisterende kunder. Du skal hjælpe dem, hvis de har spørgsmål til fakturaer, ønsker ændring af eksisterende kontrakter eller andre ting, hvor de har brug for hjælp fra en sælger.
  4. Du bliver også medansvarlig for at afvikle diverse marketingkampagner og opdatere kunder på vores nuværende og nye produkter med henblik på nysalg.
Er du et MATCH?

Fordel hvis du har:

  1. Et par års erfaring med salg.
  2. Erfaring med forskellige CRM-systemer.
  3. Tidligere solgt B2B.
  4. En positiv teamspirit med evnen til at skabe tillid og engagement.
  5. God relationsevne (interne og eksterne).

Minimumskrav:

  1. Kommunikation via telefon kommer nemt til dig, og noget du gerne vil fortsætte med dagligt.
  2. Du taler og forstår dansk og er desuden fortrolig med engelsk.

Andre oplysninger:

Vi forventer ikke, at du er gas ekspert; i den første tid i dit nye job får du en grundig oplæring i gasser og vil løbende deltage i vores interne salgs- og gaskurser.
