As we continue our journey to become the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to develop and execute targeted CRM strategies that will enhance user engagement, increase core product adoption, and drive long-term customer loyalty.
What Will You Do?- Develop and execute CRM strategies tailored to retail banking customers to boost user engagement and drive core product adoption.
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns using Braze, such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvements within the CRM function, demonstrating a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Analyze campaign performance through data-driven insights, optimizing messaging, channels, and targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate across teams – working with Product, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals and ensure personalized customer experiences.

We're Looking for Someone with:- Proven experience (4+ years) in CRM App Marketing , with a strong focus on product engagement.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively at all levels, including peers and mid-level management.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for measuring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, Responsys, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies , including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation techniques to drive continuous improvements in CRM initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Scandinavian language skills are a plus).
- Knowledge of Liquid templating language and HTML is optional but highly beneficial.
