In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute targeted CRM strategies that drive user engagement, increase core product adoption, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement multi-channel campaigns using Braze.
- Develop and execute targeted CRM strategies tailored to retail banking customers.
- Lead the analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, Responsys, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation techniques to drive continuous improvements in CRM initiatives.
