Dine opgaver:- Rekruttere og lede et til flere salgsteams.
- Række ud og konvertere erhvervsledere fra Danmarks førende virksomheder til medlemmer.
- Lukker salg over telefon, online eller via personlige møder.
- Træne salgskonsulenter til at blive high-performers ved at evaluere individuelle og teamets kompetencer, coaching, 1:1 dialoger.
- Udvikle salgs playbooks og opbygge akademi for hurtig og effektiv onboarding af nye medarbejdere.
- Etablere og vedligeholde relationer med c-suite kunder.
- +2 års erfaring med fremragende præstationer inden for salg.
- Skriver og snakker flydende dansk.
