Key accountabilities:

  • Responsible for outbound activities.
  • Explore and identify new ways of reaching new clients and business.
  • Create new opportunities in the market and generate new business.
  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential new customers.
  • Creating and managing leads and pipeline.
  • Prospect new clients, identifying new areas of business.
  • Take on smaller opportunities with clients in the financial sector and follow the full sales cycle.
  • Speak to potential clients globally, mainly in New York, London, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, and Italy.
  • Work with target-based performance, KPIs, and budgets. You must be driven by reaching targets.

Your profile:
Work experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales/marketing/other relevant roles/sectors.

Language: English; Norwegian or Italian is a plus.

  • Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. It is important that the SDR speaks and writes fluent English.
  • Experience with outbound work.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Highly driven and motivated.
  • Motivated by working close to targets and KPIs.
  • Coachable, must be curious and willing to learn.
  • Able to handle rejection and resilient in moving forward.
  • Grit.
  • Able to maintain a high activity rate, managing many processes simultaneously.
  • Self-driven.
