Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Customer Orders according to target
  • Handling calls and enquiries daily according to the defined target
  • Resolve Customer Complaints

In this role, you will work closely with various functions, including sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain (warehousing, logistics and distribution), to plan processes and ensure optimal alignment between demand and supply. You will be responsible for administering orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock data.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be fluent in English. Additionally, you should possess good knowledge of SAP and understanding of the Order-To-Cash process.
