Stillingen

Du bliver en del af vores tekniske kundesupportafdeling og bliver en del af teamet af 12 kolleger i Roskilde samt mange internationale kolleger. Arbejdsmiljøet er uhøjtideligt og kendetegnet af en flad ledelsesstruktur, og generelt er trivslen høj i teamet. Du kommer til at arbejde med en udstrakt grad af frihed under ansvar.

Vi forestiller os, at du optimalt set bor i fornuftig køreafstand af Roskilde.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:
  • Kundesupport og rådgivning: Sammen med dit team vil du give vores kunder den bedste kundeoplevelse gennem kompetent rådgivning, solide tekniske beregninger, samt byggetekniske løsninger af høj kvalitet. (40%)
  • Teknisk ekspertise: Du vil anvende din tekniske viden til at finde de optimale løsninger på komplekse udfordringer, og samtidig sikre, at teamets og Jeviths tekniske dokumentation er opdateret. (30%)
  • Product management: Du vil bidrage til en fortsat videreudvikling af Jeviths produktsortiment med værdiskabende løsninger til markedet. (20%)
  • Strategisk forretningsudvikling: Du vil være med til at introducere nye forretningsområder på det danske marked samt videreudvikle eksisterende produkter. (10%)
  • Uddannelse som bygningsingeniør, bygningskonstruktør eller en lignende teknisk baggrund.
  • Erfaring med teknisk kundesupport inden for byggeri.
  • Erfaring med AutoCad, Excel og andre relevante digitale værktøjer.
  • Gerne relevant erfaring indenfor virksomhedens produktområder.

  • Evne til at håndtere kunder professionelt, og med fokus på løsning af tekniske problemstillinger.
