If yes, look no further, as you might be the ideal candidate as our new Customer Success Manager here at Freetrailer. We offer the exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company with significant potential and high ambitions for further international expansion. In this position, you will build long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer loyalty and managing both new and existing customers with a strong customer-oriented approach. You also need to be able to listen and to act proactively. We're looking for a CSM who can maintain close relationships with our suppliers to ensure that rental units are ordered, produced, and delivered on time. Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain positive relationships with partners through regular communication, training, and support throughout the contract lifecycle including up-sale.
  2. Proactively manage your own customer portfolio throughout the entire customer journey.
  3. Become an expert in our products and train our customers.
  4. Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and the Tech teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  5. Set up digital kick-off webinars for new customers.
  6. Develop and share best practices with team members to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our processes.
  7. Maintain and ensure Freetrailer's high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. KPIs to measure and improve customer success metrics.
  9. Ensure close collaboration with suppliers.

Qualifications and personal skills:

  1. Fluent in German and Danish.
  2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied environment.
  3. Knowledge of another Scandinavian language is a big plus.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Solid ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  6. Good computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  7. Well organized and able to multi-task.
  8. Self-motivated and proactive in nature. Get the tasks done

What does the job consist of?

  1. Delivering first-class customer service to Freetrailer’s customers and partners, using a customer-centric approach to ensure launch, adoption, and engagement.
  2. Create and close up-sale.
  3. Being an expert in Freetrailer's products and processes.
  4. Collaborate daily with colleagues and your manager to further develop internal competencies and processes within the team.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams.
  6. Plan, implement and follow up on customer meetings and training sessions.
  7. Follow the customer journey and onboarding activities to ensure our services are consistent.
  8. Support the business by providing essential information.

Salary: Attractive salary package.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Workplace: We are moving to Østerbro (Copenhagen) in January 2025; currently, we are located in Søborg.
