Vi leder lige nu efter en Customer Engagement Advisor, der skal indgå i vores danske Customer Engagement Center. Det er vores dansk baserede Polestar Support, hvor vi fokuserer på at levere exceptionelle salgs- og serviceoplevelser for vores danske kunder. Sammen med dine kollegaer sætter du en høj barre for salg og kundeservice i autobranchen.
Du har en passion for at rådgive kunder i premium segmentet, måske en interesse for elektrisk mobilitet og den grønne omstilling. Vi hos Polestar tror på vores mission om at forbedre det samfund vi lever i.

Dine opgaver
I rollen arbejder du direkte med vores kunder og vores samarbejdspartnere, der repræsenterer Polestar, for at sikre at kunderne kan få den hjælp og information, de har brug for. Her får du en unik mulighed, hvor du og teamet sammen skaber den bedste oplevelse for kunden.
- Interaktioner med kunder gennem forskellige kanaler (telefon, chat, e-mail) - både indgående og udgående.
- Yde support og assistance til kunder ved at koordinere vejhjælps-sager gennem Polestars kanaler og vores servicenetværk.
- Repræsentere Polestar på planlagte kunde-events.
- Håndtere alle kundeaktiviteter rettidigt og i overensstemmelse med globale KPI'er.
For at få succes i denne rolle skal du have stærk kundetilgang, problemløsningsevner og ikke mindst være samarbejdsvillig. Du er passioneret omkring kundetilfredshed og du er en naturlig kommunikator som er i stand til at sætte dig i kundens sted. Du stræber efter at bidrage til et team, som hver dag arbejder for at opbygge stærke og tillidsfulde relationer med vores kunder. Evnen til at være fleksibel og proaktiv er afgørende for at udmærke sig i denne rolle.
Dine kvalifikationer
For at passe godt til denne rolle søger vi dig med veludviklede evner indenfor kundeservice. Du har evne og vilje til at lytte, samt har en entusiastisk og fleksibel tilgang til dine teamkollegaer.
Din passion for den gode kundeoplevelse skinner igennem i din kommunikation og udmunder i en altid energisk og positiv kundeoplevelse. Ud over dette er du motiveret for at gå den ekstra mil med sans for detaljer og leverer på et højt niveau.
Vi søger dig der har:
- Mere end seks måneders erfaring i en rolle med fokus på kundeservice hvad enten det er telefonisk, retailbaseret eller noget helt tredje.
- Du er metodisk og er tryg ved at arbejde på digitale platforme.
- Du evner at formidle vejledninger og instruktioner i et tydeligt og letforståeligt sprog.
Polestar er en international virksomhed, med ansatte som har vidt forskellige baggrunde, så selvom dit primære arbejde vil foregå på dansk, bruger vi ofte engelsk på skrift og tale internt når vi har brug for vores internationale kollegaer.
