Job Description

As Head of Customer & Partner Success, you will play a crucial role in driving service delivery excellence and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on service delivery and addressing inquiries and concerns proactively.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a long-term customer and partner strategy, aligning with client goals and collaborating closely with leadership.
  • Trusted Advisor: Help clients maximize the value of their Microsoft investment and serve as their strategic partner.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and unlock additional value for both parties.
  • Service Delivery Coordination: Oversee the delivery of services to clients, coordinating efforts across different teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
