Job Overview

Hello Retail ApS is the market leader in the Nordic countries within Personalization and Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market. We are seeking a Danish speaking Ecommerce Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your Role

You will be working as a key coordinating driver and customer's first point of contact, responsible for delivering the promised services. Your job will involve planning regular business reviews with the customer to ensure they understand the positive results generated by our solution.

Key Requirements

  • Basic Internet/Web knowledge and familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Previous e-Commerce manager experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a previous Customer Success Management role within Ecommerce is valuable.
  • You are self-driven, proactive, ambitious, and understand the importance of a strong team.
  • You are fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus.
  • You have experience in servicing customers over the phone.
  • You possess commercial awareness and can recommend further services to our existing customers.
