We are looking for a Head of Customer Success with experience in B2B SaaS solutions.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer success strategies and maintaining our strong customer relationships.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Selling to and counselling current and potential customers in the Danish market
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  3. Develop and execute customer success strategies, including relevant market segmentation, and implement customer-specific plans and activities
  4. Managing, coaching and developing the department's employees
  5. Continuously improve processes, concepts, processes and tools in the department to achieve better results
  6. Set and achieve customer success targets, prepare budgets and forecasts and monitor performance to ensure results and predictability
  7. Provide regular reporting and forecasting to the Danish management team as well as international group management

  1. Experience and success within B2B SaaS customer success and a proven track record of meeting targets
  2. Experience in establishing and leading effective customer teams - we emphasise that you are motivated by creating results through your employees and that you set a good example for your team
  3. Proven success in developing and executing customer success strategies
  4. Analytical and structured, with experience in using data and systems to support the sales process, preferably Power BI and HubSpot
  5. Knowledge of the real estate industry would be a big plus
