Vi har et stort ønske om at samarbejde med endnu flere kunder og offentlige myndigheder end vi gør i dag, og vil du være en del af det danske team, der har det kommercielle ansvar for samarbejdet med vores kunder, så se med hér.

Vi søger en ny kollega til vores dynamiske salgsteam på 9 personer. Vi er en del af den nordiske PostNord Strålfors koncern, hvor vi dagligt arbejder med at skabe innovative løsninger til gavn for vores kunder i Danmark, og i resten af Norden.

Vi har nu brug for en engageret Inside Sales Representative.

Din dag bliver afvekslende, og du kommer bl.a. til at arbejde med:

  • Mødebooking : Vil være en essentiel del af dine opgaver, og du vil bruge min. halvdelen af din tid på dette område. Du bliver ansvarlig for at booke møder til dine kolleger, med små og mellemstore virksomheder (SMB’er). Du vil identificere og kontakte potentielle kunder og sikre, at de får en præsentation af vores løsninger. Alt sammen i samarbejde med den øvrige del af teamet.
  • Salgsaktiviteter : Gennemføre salg til vores mindre og mellemstore kunder og håndtere salgsprocesser på tværs af kundesegmenter. Du forstår kundernes behov og matcher dem med vores services.
  • Forberedelse af salgsmateriale : Udarbejde og vedligeholde salgsmateriale samt støtte kollegerne i salgsafdelingen med eks. kontrakter og CRM.
  • Løbende samarbejde med vores kunder : Det er ikke for ingenting, at vi har markedets højeste kundetilfredshed. Vi er i tæt dialog med vores kunder, og en af vores fornemste opgaver er at sikre, at kunderne er tilfredse med samarbejdet.

Du skal gerne have:

  • Solid erfaring med mødebooking og salg, gerne inden for SMB-segmentet, evt. opbygget i tele. Du kommer som nævnt til at bruge en væsentlig del af din tid på denne vigtige opgave.
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner og evne til at opbygge relationer med kunder ved hjælp af telefon og online møder.
  • Organisatoriske færdigheder og erfaring med at håndtere kontrakter og CRM-systemer.
  • Interesse for og villighed til at lære SPIN Selling salgsmetodik.
  • Kundeorienteret tilgang med fokus på at identificere og løse kundernes behov og udfordringer.
  • Evne til at samarbejde effektivt med kolleger i Danmark og resten af Norden.
